Summer Hours and July 3 Workout

From Sue’s email to the group:

Good morning everyone!
I hope that you are all enjoying your summer! It looks like many people are interested in an early start time for Wednesdays track workouts to beat some of the heat. We have decided on an 8:30 start time for the drills and meeting, with the track workout beginning after we meet.
This Wednesday, July 3rd we WILL hold a workout, starting at the 8:30 time.
If anyone has any questions, please let me know.
Happy July 4th and enjoy this wonderful weather!

Cape Runs on Friday Mornings this Summer

Interested in running at the Cape this summer?

Consider joining a new running group in Orleans

We plan to meet every Friday morning at 9:00am in front of the Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans.  Runners of all levels are welcome to join.

During the year, we have been fortunate to join a wonderful group of women that meet on Friday morning for a walk or run. This “Couch to 5K” group began with the positive energy of our friend Carol Couch to 5K Running Group and has grown over the years.  Carol’s positive energy has now inspired a group of us to see if we can pull together a community of runners on the Cape.
