Summer Hours and July 3 Workout

Good morning everyone!
I hope that you are all enjoying your summer! It looks like many people are interested in an early start time for Wednesdays track workouts to beat some of the heat. We have decided on an 8:30 start time for the drills and meeting, with the track workout beginning after we meet.
This Wednesday, July 3rd we WILL hold a workout, starting at the 8:30 time.
If anyone has any questions, please let me know.
